RETURNS POLICY

Your receipt is a tax invoice, therefore we cannot accept any returns without it. Books must be returned within ten (10) working days of purchase, with the original receipt, and must be in 'mint' condition.

Once opened software cannot be returned. If you believe that there is something wrong with your software please contact the relevant manufacturer

Books containing CD-ROMS or discs, packages with online access cards, and packages originally wrapped in shrink-wrapped plastic cannot be returned once the seals on them have been broken.

Goods that are deemed by us to be faulty will be replaced at no cost to the customer

Prices displayed on this website show a discount of 10%.

Prices displayed are for online purchases only - prices in store may vary.

Unibooks endeavour�s to provide our customers with the best possible price. If you find a cheaper price we will match it under the following conditions.

The competitor must have the book in stock and ready for immediate delivery. Price matching is not valid for back-ordered items. We will not price match on Special Orders.

The price must be a GENUINE price.

The staff member must check with the competitor to verify their price and that they have it in stock.

The competitor must have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) and be shipping from an Australian location.

Price Matching not valid for items found on auction.

The competitor must be offering the exact identical product, determined by the product�s ISBN.

Price matching not valid when the competitor is closing down, changing ownership, under liquidation or where the item is on "clearance".

We reserve the right not to sell below cost price

Competitor must be selling the item new, and not "used", "slightly-used" or "refurbished".

Promotional offers may not apply to price match purchases
